WHO AM I

WHO AM I?

Question raised (stated as Sri Ravi Shankar)   But I am not able to reconcile Ramana's saying with your statement "Mahamantra of Krishna is the greatest mantra". How can somebody who has realized say that only one particular form is the greatest while every form has to be eventually abandoned.

Is not the enquiry 'Who Am I' the only path where all other paths end?

Vague reply who so ever answered it: (STATED AS Muralidhara swami)

1. After the above incident happened, a visitor to his house uttered the word 'Arunachala' and this drew him at once to the Arunachala Hill. He narrates this account himself. Now, who is greater, 'I' or 'Arunachala'?lease clarify”    ( here Ramana did not realize the self—quote is mine)

In one of his songs, Bhagavan Ramana says that the 'I' is nothing but Siva who is present in all the life forms including Lord Vishnu and Brahma. He has not composed any song on Lord Vishnu or Brahma. Is he not a Jivan Mukta?

Remember that all the aforementioned incidents had happened only after He had Realized the Self.

You will find answers to your question if you can answer the above questions.

MY VIEW WITH A LITTLE COMPREHENSION    K RAJARAM.     IRS

Bhagavan Sri Ramana’s central preaching itself is, search within for an answer on “who am I’. Self- in self-realisation is misunderstood as “I’”, because the REAL SELF is parted by “MAYA”. When the enquiry of “I” is complete, the “I” and the “self’” becomes one, when the MAYA or aviveka, disappear revealing the self. (ADVAITHAM).

There are many questions posed to find the answer and also passing the remarks that “all these happened after the Realisation for Sri Ramana, which is erroneous. Some things happened before and many things happened later.  Vedam and Vedangas are sure about one thing---EKAM NA DVAITHAM”.THEREFORE WHAT FRAIL HUMAN VIEW AS TWO IS ONLY ONE. The ultimate Upanishad Srimad Bhagavat Gita, also says the same thing that , in whatsoever form one views me, actually reach me only.

Sanathana Dharma had one vedam and one supreme only; however it is people who made out of religion as their life as Kamya (SEEKING BENEFITS IN RETURN) Karma, split to their convenience this TRUTH. It was many religions, many gods format etc etc. IN THIS VEDA VYASAR FELT AS GOOD TO HUMAN SOCIETY,THAT 400,000 VERSES IS DIFFICULT TO PRACTICE AND GAVE IN A PLATTER AS FOUR VEDAS; ADI SANKARAR, VIEWING ALL THE CALAMITY IN THE WORSHIP, FELT IN GOOD STEAD TO REGULATE ,AND GAVE SHAN MATHA WORSHIP.BOTH DID NISHKAMYA ( NOT FOR ANY BENEFIT BUT FOR THE SOCIETY ONLY) KARMAS. But till date, thro out the world the highest earning profession has become the RELIGION and blind followers ARE STUBBURN AND VITUPERATIVE, while IT IS RAMANAR, WHO ASKED EVERY ONE TO SEEK BY HIMSELF since it is for you to search  FOR YOURSELF-REALISATION.

ARUNACHALA, FATHER, SON, KRISHNNA, SO ON SO FORTH ARE ALL MANY NAMES OF THAT EKAM. It is wrong to say only this deity or that deity is the greatest or telling, --why -misleading people to do only for that deity because of…………….

“ I”, ARUNACHALA, KRISHNA, FATHER, MOTHER, CHRIST, ALLA BE YOUR PERSONAL TOOL TO MERGE THE “I” WITH “SELF” IN YOU, WHICH IS A PROCESS OF A MINUTE TO MANY MANY JANMAS. FOR THIS AS TIRUVALLUAR SAID “MAZHITHALUM NEETTALUM  VENDAVAM YAKKAIKKU,ULAGAM PAZHITHADHU OZHITHU VIDIN”, MEANING, FOR SEL-F REALISATION, ONE DOES NOT NEED TO TONSURE HIS HEAD OR GROW BEARD, WHICH IS BODY CONCERENED,WHILE ONLY THING ONE HAS TO DO IS ,WHAT THE WORLD CALLED AS ADHARMA HAS TO BE DISPENSED WITH.

ALL ROADS LEAD TO ROME IS CORRECT AND RAMANAR SAID THAT ONLY HANDING OVER THE RESPONSIBILITY TO THE ONE WHO SEEKS AS THE THE “SEEKER” AND THE “SEEN” ARE ONE AND THE SAME. AHAM BRAHMASMI.
